If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it and receive a refund. You can submit a return request on your order page following the instructions below. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

• All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s),Free Gift, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.

Note:Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or is a wrong delivery. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
• The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

Note:Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

• Items that do not meet the above 4 criteria will not be considered for return.

How to Make Your Return

①Click the Tracking Order feature at the bottom menu of our home page.

②Enter your Email Address and Order Number.

③There is a "Return" button in the specific order. You need to click it to submit the return request and you will get authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns.

We'll email you once we have processed your refund.

Fast refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Order cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
