What Is Anniecloth's Return Policy?

Thank you for shopping on

All online purchases (except lingerie, swimwear, jewelry & accessories and clearance items) through can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable.

How to return my parcel?

Step1: Click the "Tracking Order" feature at the bottom menu of our home page.

Step2: Enter your Email Address and Order Number.

Step3: There is a "Return" button in the specific order.

You need to click it to submit the return request and you will get authorization from us by email with a label with our return address.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is confirmed cancelled ,you will get full refund. We process the refund action within 7 days.

We do not accept order cancellation request once the product is shipped out.

The number of day taken for refunds to be processed after refund has been accepted: 7 days.

How do I get to order?

Step 1. Add some item(s) into your Cart.

Choose color, size or quantity if necessary, then click "ADD TO CART"

Step 2. Check out your Cart when item selection is completed.

Click the Cart button to review the item(s) selected in Shopping Bag page and make some modifications if necessary, in this page you would find the benefits of your order; Enter your coupon code if you have one and APPLY it;

Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” or "Check out with paypal" if you are ready to place the order.

Step 3. Complete shipping information.

Fill in your Contact information and Shipping address; Enter your coupon code if you have one and APPLY it;


Check your email and address in "Contact" and "Shipping to", then click on "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD".

If you need to change your address, you could back to Address page by clicking "Return to address".

Step 4. Fill in payment information and then click the PAY button to complete the purchase.
